Refund for Apps

No Refunds.
You may cancel your purchase by using the “Delete Account” button on the Transcend website/App "Profile". Except as otherwise set out in these Terms, if you cancel your purchase, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. When your Account is deleted, you will lose access to all the contents already purchased by you.You acknowledge that BBT has the perpetual and irrevocable right to delete any or all of your content and data from BBT’s servers and from the Service, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and for any reason or no reason, without any liability of any kind to you or any other party.

Language Pack Exchange Policy

• Language pack change requests will be accepted only if the requested change is from a higher-priced language pack to a lower-priced one. Example: A user who purchased the English language pack can request to change to the Hindi language pack, but not vice versa.
• Requests must be made within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
• No refunds will be provided for any remaining amount after the change.
• Users who have purchased more than one language pack may replace only one (1) language pack with another.
• Language pack change requests will be accepted only if the language pack was purchased individually. If any language pack is received via Gifting, Bulk-Purchase, or Life Membership, a change in the language of the pack/exchange request will not be accepted.
• If any discount code is used while making the initial purchase of the language pack, a change in the language of the pack/exchange request will not be accepted.
• Transcend reserves all rights to modify the Terms of Use at any time.

refund for books

7- Day replacement only
The Books are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, accessories, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
Books are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.

refund for donations

• Donations are generally non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
• Refunds may be considered in cases of accidental duplicate charges, technical service failures, or as required under applicable consumer protection laws.
• To be eligible for a possible refund under the above exceptional cases, you must request cancellation/refund within 24 hours of making the Donation.
• Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
• To request a refund, you should contact the customer support team within the refund timeline.
• We will review each refund request, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 10–12 business days, provided the reason for the request is found to be valid and satisfactory.
• Any payment gateway or transaction fees incurred at the time of the Donation may not be refundable (either deducted or borne by the donor) unless the error is on our part.
